Mangalitsa Pork is the highest quality pork out there, with a higher fat content that produces a richer taste. While most modern breeds of pigs are more than 50% lean, the Mangalitsa pig is typically 65-70% fat. This provides better marbling and more of a reddish flesh that is more flavorful than regular breeds of pork. Mangalitsa sausage is high quality pork that you are sure to enjoy!
