Top Round – Lean and versatile, great for roasting or slicing for sandwiches.
Bottom Round – Full of beefy flavor, best with low-and-slow cooking.
Eye of Round – Extra lean, excellent for thin slicing or roast beef.
London Broil (Top Round) – Classic cut for marinating and broiling, tender when sliced against the grain.
