An evening built around good food raised right and shared together on the farm

Set against the backdrop of the Blue Ridge Mountains, you’ll gather around long communal tables overlooking the pastures for an evening meant to slow things down and enjoy a great meal together out on the farm. This is a one-of-a-kind experience unlike almost any other dinner you’ve been a part of before.

As you arrive, you’ll be welcomed with sweeping views of the farm and surrounding mountains while settling in for the evening. You’ll also see many of the animals grazing throughout the surrounding pastures during the experience.

Before dinner begins, we’ll have a charcuterie and grazing table along with handcrafted non-alcoholic mocktails and other beverages available to enjoy throughout the evening.

Dinner will feature a four-course meal with dessert built around regeneratively raised meats from our farm, locally sourced vegetables, and seasonal ingredients selected by Chef Jason Arbusto. All food and beverages for the evening are included with your ticket.

Featured Chef
Jason Arbusto

This dinner will be prepared by Chef Jason Arbusto, executive chef of Milano’s Italian Restaurant in Lynchburg.

Chef Jason is known locally for refined, flavor-driven cuisine that allows exceptional ingredients to truly shine. We are honored to partner with one of Lynchburg’s most respected chefs to help bring this dinner to life.

Limited Seating

To preserve the atmosphere and quality of the evening, seating is intentionally limited.

Our goal with these dinners is simple: create a beautiful evening on the farm where people can gather, enjoy incredible food, and share a table together.

Guests sit at long communal tables, creating a relaxed environment where conversations happen naturally and strangers often leave as friends. It’s the kind of evening where people slow down, enjoy each course, and take in the setting of the farm around them.

Each dinner is led by a talented chef who brings their own style and creativity to the evening while working with the ingredients the farm provides. Their role is to transform those ingredients into something truly special — a meal that highlights the quality of the food while creating an unforgettable dining experience.

The result is a night that blends great food, thoughtful cooking, and genuine community in a way that only a farm setting can offer.

Each farm-to-table dinner offers a unique experience, but guests can always expect an evening centered around incredible food, beautiful surroundings, and meaningful connection.

Meals feature regeneratively raised meats from our farm, seasonal vegetables sourced locally and from our own gardens when available, and house-made breads prepared with ancient grains, along with other thoughtfully selected ingredients that meet the same standards we follow on the farm.

The setting is just as special as the meal. Guests will enjoy incredible views of the farm overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains, with open pastures and animals grazing nearby. You’re welcome to walk the farm before dinner, take in the scenery, and experience the place where much of the food is raised.

Dinner is shared at long communal tables, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere where conversation flows easily and people gather together over a memorable meal.

It’s an experience you simply can’t recreate in a restaurant — a truly unique evening on the farm.

We host these dinners because we believe food is meant to bring people together.

Farming is about more than producing food — it’s about caring for the land, raising animals well, and creating something that nourishes people. These dinners allow us to share that story in the best way possible: around a table.

They are also rooted in something deeper for us. Our farm is faith-driven, and hospitality is an important part of that. Gathering people together, sharing good food, and expressing gratitude for what God has provided is something we believe matters.

At the end of the night, our hope is simple: that people leave feeling well fed, encouraged, and grateful for the experience.

Parking will be available on the farm, and our team will guide you upon arrival.

As you enter the property, you will be directed to the horse arena where event parking will be located. Staff will be there to help guide vehicles and ensure parking runs smoothly.

Once parked, it is a short walk to the dinner area where guests can begin enjoying the views of the farm and the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains.

This is a working farm with uneven terrain and the dinner is served outside. The tour requires walking and standing for 30 to 45 minutes. Please be prepared with close toed shoes and dress accordingly for the weather. If you require additional assistance in order to attend the tour or to get to the table in the pasture, please notify us in advance so that we can have transportation available for you to enjoy the event to the fullest.

Please notify us at least 2 weeks prior to the event so that we may accommodate.

Tickets are non-refundable. In the event you are unable to attend, tickets may be passed onto a friend. In the rare chance the event must be postponed due to severe weather or circumstances beyond our control, we will reschedule and all purchases will be honored for the rescheduled date.
