Our beef sausage provides an alternative to the traditional pork sausage. This product is more lean then the traditional pork sausages but has the same incredible flavor. Cook in a skillet on low-medium heat with oil or butter or is great on the grill. Be careful not to over cook as the beef sausage is 85/15 lean.
Ingredients: Salt, Red pepper, Fennel and paprika No nitrates!
